Member Australian Counselling Association

Trauma informed counsellor with a humanistic client centred approach. My work is informed by studies in Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor, a body based psychotherapy which integrates our bodies in the healing process. I am a Practitioner Member of the US PBSP Association and Pesso Boyden Therapists UK, having completed pre-accreditation training programs in both countries.

Having lived and worked in various countries over the years, I am attuned to the challenges of immigration; supporting and assisting individuals to thrive no matter where you may be located in the world.

ASIST trained and former volunteer counsellor Lifeline Crisis Line (Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Centre, Los Angeles).

As a member of the Australian Counselling Association I am bound by their code of ethics and requirements for membership, including supervision and ongoing professional development.

Prior to counselling, I worked for many years in executive administration in a variety of sectors (corporate, tertiary education, travel, and the arts).
