A Safe Supportive Space to explore

In one-on-one sessions, small group work or classes, you’ll find support, helpful information and powerful healing methods like TAT® to help you make the changes you want to make, or to just be happier with who and where you are in life.  Be sure to read

Individual Sessions

We can work together in person or by telephone with equally good results. With your permission, I will follow up a few days after your session to see how you’re doing; you’re also free to contact me with questions or feedback.

• Sessions are generally 75 to 90 minutes
• Cost $100

Session Packages: Multiple session can be purchased at a reduced rate. 

Nurture Package: For times when you need extra support and TLC, a Nurture Package can be created just for you.  Special benefits of a Nurture Package can include for example, daily contact by phone or email to provide support or help you stay on track. If you are dealing with illness or surgery preparation/recovery, special arrangements may be made for home visits (if local). Cost depends on custom package.

Special interests: I have a special interest in supporting people who are dealing with challenges related to health conditions and/or are preparing for surgery or other medical procedures. Please contact me for more information.

Classes

Classes are an evolving thing, so check in from time to time to see what’s new. Current offerings:

• Living in Possibility – a series of experiential classes to help you live a life of peace, happiness & well-being
• TAT Training – classes that give in-depth training and experience in this powerful self-healing method.

• TAT® Professional Mentoring Groups- support for completing the certification process to become a TAT® Professional

• Special Events and Teleclasses - currently offering "Getting to Zero" group

Free Consultations

I am happy to talk with you by phone (or meet in person) for a free consultation.  This gives us both a chance to explore whether working together would be a good match.  Consultations are usually 20 - 30 minutes.

Mentoring

If you are pursuing certification in TAT, or just want some support as you work on your own, mentoring can be arranged based on your individual needs and desires.  The hourly rate for this service is $85.  Group mentoring can save you $$, so be sure to check out the TAT Professionals Mentoring Group.
