General Description of Ongoing Getting to Zero Sessions:
I love TAT and I love Ho'oponopono: they work together beautifully to clear away the "stuff" that keeps us separate from our Source and from living a life of pure Inspiration.
The "Getting to Zero with TAT" tele-group was created to provide a place for us to come together in remembrance and appreciation of Dr. Len's updated process (Self-Identity through Ho'oponopono) by reaffirming its principles and using TAT together in a Ho'oponopono-inspired way.
We meet twice each month for about an hour, talk about core ideas, use "cleaning tools" and do TAT.
If you know about SITH (Self-Identity through Ho'oponopono) you'll know that it's about LETTING GO and and not trying so hard to "make" things happen. It's based on a few key concepts that can seem kind of radical at first, but do align with many spiritual teachings. These are concepts like:
- we are truly part of one Divine Mind
- what we experience in life is a result of thoughts and not necessarily "reality"
- we are each responsible for "healing our own stuff" so we can be "at zero" or in alignment with our own Source
As a grateful student of Dr. Len, I respect his wishes not to share specific materials and teachings from classes and my intention is not to teach Ho'oponopono. There is plenty of resource material (articles, radio interviews, CD's, videos, teleseminars) freely available, so, you can learn about Ho'oponopono yourself and use the tools provided. I am happy to provide to everyone who signs up, a copy of "Ho'oponopono Resources," a detailed list of resources with links.
To participate in this class you will need to have some working knowledge and experience already with TAT.
